STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must hold a valid PRC Nursing License.
• Strong patient-care orientation with a compassionate and professional attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to healthcare policies, procedures, and patient care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical procedures and healthcare standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medical documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and healthcare facility protocols.
• Assist in preparing medical equipment, treatment rooms, and patient care areas.
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
