UAB Hephaestus is seeking skilled MIG/MAG Welders to join its manufacturing and fabrication team in Lithuania. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding on various metal components while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Welder (MIG/MAG)

Qualifications:

• Applicants up to 48 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a MIG/MAG Welder.
• Proficient in MIG/MAG welding techniques and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physically fit and capable of performing welding work in various working conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on structural steel, carbon steel, and other metal materials as required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare metal surfaces and welding equipment before starting welding operations.
• Produce strong, accurate, and high-quality welds in accordance with project specifications.
• Inspect welded joints for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work when necessary.
• Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
