Triple J Marshall Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Shop Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of its heavy equipment fleet. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with extensive hands-on technical expertise, managing maintenance personnel while performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred 5 years or more of supervisory experience leading and managing a maintenance team.
- Proven ability to balance management responsibilities with hands-on technical work.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and workshop operations.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and workflow management skills.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a workshop environment.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of equipment reliability, quality, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the heavy equipment maintenance workshop.
- Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to achieve high standards of productivity and workmanship.
- Perform hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability and proper management of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, and equipment service histories.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with operations and management to minimize equipment downtime and support project requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
