Bridged Private Limited is seeking qualified Welders to perform welding, metal fabrication, and assembly work in accordance with technical specifications and workplace safety requirements. The successful candidates should have relevant welding experience, good technical skills, and the ability to produce quality welds safely and efficiently.

WELDER

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of work experience in a related field.
• College level or vocational graduate.
• Applicants must be 18–62 years old.
• Previous welding or metal fabrication experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic welding and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a construction or industrial environment.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and hardworking.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and metal fabrication work according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate appropriate welding equipment and tools.
• Prepare, fit, align, and assemble metal components before welding.
• Inspect welded joints and finished components for defects and quality.
• Perform grinding, cutting, drilling, and other basic metal fabrication tasks as required.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in good working condition.
• Follow proper welding procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during welding and fabrication activities.
• Identify and report welding defects, equipment problems, and unsafe working conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with supervisors, fabricators, and other workers to complete assigned projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
