MDE Engineering and Edge Innovate are seeking a qualified Welder Fabricator to perform welding and fabrication work on stainless steel and carbon steel components, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure all fabricated products meet quality, safety, and engineering specifications.

WELDER FARICATOR

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid UK IELTS to be eligible.
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel pipes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from complex engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong fabrication skills and experience in metalworking processes.
• Ability to inspect completed welds and fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and fabrication best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and related materials.
• Fabricate metal components and assemblies according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials for welding and fabrication processes.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repairs and modifications on fabricated structures and components when required.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity of finished products.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
