Arabian Rig Manufacturing (ARM) is seeking qualified and organized candidates for the position of Warehouse Coordinator in Saudi Arabia. Applicants should have relevant work experience, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate warehouse activities efficiently. Candidates with warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or coordination experience is preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of materials and supplies.
- Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and issuing warehouse items according to company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and other departments regarding material availability and delivery requirements.
- Ensure that warehouse materials are properly organized, labeled, and stored.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports, delivery records, and other warehouse documentation.
- Follow up on material requests and ensure timely processing of warehouse transactions.
- Use basic computer applications, including MS Office, to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Perform other related warehouse coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
