WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Waitress.
- Candidates must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have previous experience working in a 4 to 5-star hotel.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with international guests.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation, and dining etiquette.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, beverage selections, and answer guest inquiries regarding food preparation and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests, dietary requirements, and food allergies are properly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper service etiquette and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed.
- Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery efficiently while maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Prepare tables for new guests by setting up dining utensils, glassware, napkins, and table decorations according to hotel standards.
- Process guest bills accurately and assist with payment transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service stations, and work equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other food and beverage service duties assigned by management.
