WAITRESS HELPER

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.

Minimum 5 years of previous experience as a Waitress or Waitress Helper.

Secondary education diploma for waitress or TESDA certificate for Waitress.

Must be able to provide relevant documents or proof of previous employment as a waitress.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Able to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously.

Skilled in beverage preparation, tray handling, cash handling, and maintaining a clean service environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers warmly while providing friendly and professional service.

Communicate openly with guests, respond to their needs, and provide recommendations for drinks when requested.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, even during busy service periods.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, lemonades, basic cocktails, and bottled drinks.

Serve food and beverages promptly while handling trays safely and professionally.

Manage multiple tables efficiently, including handling up to 15 tables simultaneously during busy periods.

Operate the cash register, issue bills, and accurately process cash and card payments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, toilet, service areas, and overall establishment.

Follow company standards for customer service, hygiene, and workplace safety.
