One&Only Royal Mirage is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, professional, and personalized service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Waiter/Waitress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain a professional image.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and clearing.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards at all times.
- Uphold the company’s service standards and maintain a professional appearance throughout each shift.
