WAITER/WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Willingness to work as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
- Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and respond professionally to guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Ensure proper table setup and adherence to service procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver efficient guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous approach at all times.
