WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

Age requirement: 22–35 years old.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Willingness to work as part of a multicultural hospitality team.

Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.

Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Present menus, provide recommendations, and respond professionally to guest inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Ensure proper table setup and adherence to service procedures.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver efficient guest experiences.

Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and courteous approach at all times.
