Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, reliable, and service-oriented.
- Knowledge of hotel laundry operations and linen handling procedures is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting laundry items.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver guest laundry, hotel linens, and uniforms to and from designated areas.
- Assist in sorting, organizing, and preparing laundry items for washing, drying, and pressing.
- Ensure timely distribution of clean linens and uniforms to housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest garments and hotel property with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, storage rooms, and workstations.
- Assist with inventory and proper storage of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
- Report damaged, missing, or stained items to the Laundry Supervisor.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and laundry handling procedures at all times.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and colleagues when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
