BELL DESK ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

Age requirement: 22–35 years old.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Bell Desk Associate or similar position in a 5-star hotel environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, professional, and guest-service oriented.

Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and luggage handling procedures.

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).

Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional approach.

Handle guest luggage, including receiving, storing, and delivering bags to guest rooms.

Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements and other service requests.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.

Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area, luggage storage, and assigned work areas.

Handle guest belongings with care and ensure proper procedures are followed.

Report guest concerns, lost items, or service issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold hotel service standards at all times.
