Home Bakery is looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join its service team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as a waiter or in food service.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant setup is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Answer menu-related questions and provide recommendations to customers when needed.
• Communicate guest requests, special instructions, and dietary restrictions clearly to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene protocols at all times.
