VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• Experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in fashion trends, store presentation, and retail display techniques.
• Skilled in arranging merchandise, mannequins, and promotional displays creatively.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling retail display materials and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain attractive visual displays according to company standards and seasonal campaigns.
• Arrange clothing, accessories, mannequins, and store fixtures to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and execute planograms accurately.
• Monitor fashion trends and apply creative concepts to enhance store presentation.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with store managers and sales teams regarding promotional activities and display updates.
• Assist in store openings, seasonal setups, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas and merchandising materials.
• Monitor stock presentation and replenish display items when necessary.
• Follow company retail standards, safety procedures, and operational policies at all times.
