We are looking for an experienced Truck & Heavy Equipment Painter Assembler to join a dynamic team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality spray painting, surface preparation, and assisting in basic assembly and fabrication tasks for heavy vehicles and equipment.

TRUCK & HEAVY EQUIPMENT PAINTER ASSEMBLER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a spray painter for heavy trucks or similar equipment
• Proven experience in paint preparation, spray painting, and quality inspection
• Basic knowledge of assembly and fabrication (cutting, drilling, welding is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail, especially in color matching and finishing
• Interest in automotive, trucks, and mechanical work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply paint using spray painting techniques on heavy trucks and equipment
• Ensure high-quality finishing with accurate color matching
• Conduct visual and quality inspections of painted surfaces
• Assist in basic assembly and fabrication work such as cutting, drilling, and minor welding
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
