We are looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to join a reputable employer in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising training programs for housekeeping staff to ensure high service standards, efficiency, and compliance with hospitality procedures.

TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• 33 years old and below
• Must have experience in housekeeping operations and training
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Height requirement: 5’6″ and above
• Strong background in staff training, development, and supervision
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and hospitality service quality
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff
• Conduct orientation and continuous training sessions to improve staff performance
• Supervise and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure staff compliance with housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and company policies
• Coordinate with housekeeping management to identify training needs and improvements
• Maintain training records and prepare performance and training reports
• Support operational excellence by improving service quality and efficiency
