P.T Dunia is seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to oversee drilling operations for geothermal projects in Taiwan. The successful candidate will supervise daily drilling activities, manage drilling crews and contractors, ensure safe and efficient rig operations, and maintain compliance with project specifications, well control standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Tool Pusher or in a similar drilling supervisory role is required.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Others or a related field.
• Must hold a valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC Supervisor Well Control Certificate.
• Drillmec/HH certification is required.
• Experience with Drillmec drilling rigs and geothermal drilling operations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, BOP systems, rig equipment, and geothermal drilling practices.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise daily drilling operations, including tripping, running casing, cementing, coring, and other rig activities in accordance with the approved drilling program.
• Supervise drilling contractors, rig personnel, and support crews to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
• Oversee the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of Blowout Preventers (BOPs) and high-temperature mud circulation systems to maintain well control and prevent blowouts.
• Monitor drilling performance, equipment condition, and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with approved drilling procedures, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with drilling engineers, mud engineers, geologists, and other project personnel to support efficient drilling operations.
• Prepare daily drilling reports, operational records, and equipment status updates for management.
• Promote a strong safety culture by conducting toolbox meetings, enforcing safe work practices, and ensuring personnel follow well control procedures.
