P.T Dunia is seeking an experienced Driller to support geothermal drilling operations in Taiwan. The successful candidate will operate and monitor drilling equipment to safely and efficiently drill deep geothermal wells while ensuring compliance with operational procedures, well control standards, and industry safety requirements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Driller in geothermal, oil and gas, or deep drilling operations is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Others or a related field.
- Must hold a valid IWCF Level 3 or IADC Well Control Certificate.
- Experience operating Drillmec drilling rigs is mandatory.
- Experience working closely with geologists and supporting geothermal drilling operations is required.
- Typically 3 to 5+ years of operational experience on drilling rigs, including top drive systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and the ability to work in remote locations and varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control, drilling equipment, and geothermal drilling practices.
Responsibilities:
- Operate rotary drilling systems and specialized heavy drilling equipment to drill deep geothermal wells and access underground heat reservoirs.
- Monitor drilling parameters and adjust drilling operations to optimize penetration rates, wellbore stability, and overall drilling performance.
- Operate top drive systems and other drilling equipment in accordance with approved drilling procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Rig Manager, Tool Pusher, Mud Engineer, Geologist, and other rig personnel to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
- Monitor well conditions and respond appropriately to changing downhole conditions while maintaining well control.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of drilling equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Maintain accurate drilling records, equipment logs, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and industry best practices while working in remote drilling locations.
