Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Tiler or Mason.
- Proven experience in ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile installation.
- Able to provide photos and videos of previous projects as proof of experience.
- Skilled in masonry work and finishing techniques.
- Proficient in using angle grinders and other tile-cutting equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in construction environments.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in the Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Install ceramic, porcelain, granite, marble, and stone tiles on floors, walls, stairs, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and applying adhesives or mortar before tile installation.
- Measure, mark, and cut tiles accurately using angle grinders, tile cutters, and other specialized tools.
- Install tiles according to technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Ensure proper tile alignment, spacing, leveling, and grout finishing.
- Perform masonry works, including plastering, patching, rendering, block laying, and concrete finishing as required.
- Finish masonry corners and edges to a professional standard.
- Repair or replace damaged tiles and perform renovation or restoration work when necessary.
- Mix mortar, grout, adhesives, and other construction materials according to specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure completed work meets company standards.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas after completing assigned tasks.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform other construction and finishing duties assigned by management.
