Budget Cleaning Services L.L.C. is looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Cleaner to lead and support cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will supervise cleaning staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, prepare reports, coordinate work schedules, and ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

SENIOR CLEANER

Qualifications:

  • Female applicant.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Cleaner in residential, commercial, or industrial cleaning.
  • Knowledgeable in report preparation, staff scheduling, and daily operational coordination.
  • Skilled in advanced cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Familiar with cleaning standards for offices, residential buildings, commercial establishments, and industrial facilities.
  • Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Possesses basic English communication skills.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding cleaning tasks.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, guide, and support a cleaning team while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist cleaning staff in performing daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
  • Assign work schedules and monitor staff attendance and productivity.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company quality standards.
  • Perform advanced cleaning procedures, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and specialized surface care.
  • Inspect completed work and conduct regular quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning reports and submit them to management.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, and work priorities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Ensure the proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and request replenishment when necessary.
  • Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
  • Respond professionally to client concerns and resolve cleaning-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment rooms.
  • Perform cleaning duties alongside the team whenever operational needs require.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
