Telehandler Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Telehandler Operator or similar heavy equipment operator role.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of lifting operations, load handling, and equipment safety procedures.
• Skilled in operating telehandler machinery with various attachments.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), licenses, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and placing materials at various heights and locations on site.
• Load and unload materials such as pallets, pipes, construction supplies, and equipment using appropriate attachments.
• Ensure proper positioning and stability of the telehandler before lifting operations.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine checks to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Follow lifting plans, site instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, riggers, and ground personnel using standard communication and hand signals.
• Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces, uneven terrain, and active construction environments.
• Monitor load capacity limits and ensure safe handling of all materials.
• Maintain daily logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors or maintenance teams.
