Technician – Electrical Diagnostics
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, aged 25–45 years old.
- Must possess a Diploma or Certification in Automotive Electrical Technology, A/C Systems, or related field.
- Master Technician Certification in Electrical or HVAC is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial vehicle electrical and HVAC systems.
- Experience working with Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, and UD trucks and buses is preferred.
- Must possess a valid refrigerant handling certification.
- Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and computerized diagnostic systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, HVAC systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Demonstrates strong quality and safety awareness.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and HVAC systems for commercial vehicles and buses.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify electrical and system faults accurately.
- Perform maintenance and repair of vehicle wiring, electrical components, air conditioning, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections and testing to verify system functionality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technical teams to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and environmental regulations related to refrigerant handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools, equipment, and work areas.
