Team Member

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food production, food preparation, commissary operations, or a similar role.
• Knowledgeable in food preparation, production processes, and food handling procedures.
• Experience working in a commissary, food manufacturing facility, commercial kitchen, restaurant, bakery, or food processing plant is an advantage.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality control standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality food products.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, production, and packaging of food products in the company’s commissary.
• Follow standard recipes, production schedules, and operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, mixing, and portioning according to production requirements.
• Operate food production equipment and kitchen tools safely and efficiently.
• Package, label, and organize finished food products for storage and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, utensils, and production areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures in compliance with company standards.
• Monitor product quality and report any production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials while following proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
• Support other commissary and food production tasks assigned by supervisors.
