Renmara Bakery is seeking experienced and customer-oriented Store Managers / Supervisors for deployment to the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee daily bakery store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining food safety and operational standards.
STORE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 24 to 35 years old.
- Candidates must be at least College Level or College Graduates.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience in the bakery, food service, restaurant, café, or retail industry.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
- Ability to supervise daily store operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically and medically fit for work deployment requirements.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude toward customers and staff.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily bakery store operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, scheduling, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and ordering of bakery supplies and materials.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns professionally.
- Ensure bakery products are displayed properly and maintained according to company quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, and cashier staff to maintain efficient service operations.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets and operational goals.
- Prepare reports, daily sales summaries, and operational records as required by management.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and work areas at all times.
