LINEN SUPPLY (LAUNDRY) (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Female applicants, preferably 30 years old and above.
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- With relevant work experience in laundry operations, housekeeping, linen services, garment care, or related fields.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive and manual work.
- Willing to undergo FREE 3½-month Japanese language training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Willing to learn Japanese workplace standards, procedures, and culture.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good work attitude and willingness to follow company rules and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and prepare linens, uniforms, towels, and other laundry items according to company standards.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, pressing machines, and folding equipment.
- Inspect linens and garments for stains, damage, or quality issues.
- Apply appropriate washing, drying, and handling procedures for different fabric types.
- Package and prepare clean linens and laundry items for delivery and distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry work areas and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns when necessary.
- Assist in inventory control and proper handling of linen supplies.
- Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Participate actively in Japanese language training and workplace orientation programs.
- Support teamwork and contribute to maintaining an efficient and safe working environment.
