STEEL ERECTOR TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Technical diploma, trade certificate, or equivalent experience in steel structure erection or fabrication
- Strong knowledge in rigging. Hoisting, and lifting techniques
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work according to structural steel fabrication, shop drawings
- Reform assembly, disassembly, bolting, anchor bolting, welding, alignment and erection of steel structure such as beams , columns, trusses, and towers.
- Handle lifting operations using ropes, pulleys, and rigging techniques
- Operate or assist in using mechanical equipment such as cranes, boom trucks, and other lifting machinery for handling heavy steel components
