Staff Nurse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• PRC License Holder.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant nursing experience, locally or abroad.
• Must have Saudi Council registration.
• Working gap not exceeding one year.
• Excellent observational, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and act independently when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Exercise independent judgment when necessary while following clinical guidelines and instructions.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and strong patient communication skills.
• Prepare reports and maintain clear, precise records of patient care.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 5,000-5,500 SAR
