Nursing Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Staff Nurse: Registered Nurse with valid PRC License.
  • Nurse Assistant: Registered Midwife with valid PRC License.
  • Professional, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a healthcare team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist nurses and healthcare staff in providing patient care.
  • Support patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
  • Monitor patientsโ€™ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain patient records accurately and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols at all times.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.
