Dr. Erfan and Bagedo General Hospital is seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide professional nursing care and support to patients in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will monitor patients’ vital signs, assist with clinical procedures, provide emotional support, and educate patients and their relatives on health-related concerns. Female applicants with at least one year of relevant nursing experience are encouraged to apply.
STAFF NURSE
Qualifications:
- Female applicants.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing work experience.
- Must be a qualified and licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented, and responsible.
- Strong observation and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Able to work under pressure in a hospital environment.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and promptly report significant changes to physicians or senior nursing staff.
- Measure and record patients’ pulse, temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
- Collect and handle patient samples according to established hospital procedures.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their relatives.
- Educate patients and relatives about health-related concerns, treatment instructions, and appropriate care practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing and patient records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and according to hospital policies.
- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, patient safety, and nursing care standards.
- Assist patients with daily care needs and ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervising staff.
