STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical work experience
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care and Assessment
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
  • Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes following clinical protocols
• Perform Basic Life Support and respond appropriately to emergency situations
  • Patient Monitoring and Observation
  • Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
  • Identify and promptly report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and care instructions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and care coordination
• Procedures and Technical Skills
  • Perform nursing procedures and assist with medical interventions as required
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment safely
  • Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best nursing practices
• Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise junior nursing staff and support staff as assigned
  • Demonstrate team leadership and promote a positive work environment
  • Assist in mentoring and training newly hired staff
• Safety and Infection Control
  • Follow infection prevention and control policies at all times
  • Ensure medication safety and correct administration practices
  • Promote patient safety and report incidents or near misses according to policy
