Lamprell Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) Operator to support offshore and oil & gas construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of SPMT units used in the transportation of heavy modules and structures, ensuring compliance with strict safety standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:
- Must have experience in offshore and oil & gas projects.
- Aramco project experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience operating SPMT equipment in heavy lifting and transport operations.
- Strong understanding of load handling, rigging coordination, and transport safety procedures.
- Ability to read and follow transport and lifting plans.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and risk management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team under supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Operate SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) units for the movement of heavy equipment, modules, and structures.
- Execute load transport operations according to approved lifting and transport plans.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Coordinate closely with rigging teams, supervisors, and signalmen during transport activities.
- Ensure proper positioning, alignment, and stabilization of heavy loads during movement.
- Follow all offshore and onshore oil & gas safety procedures and company HSE policies.
- Monitor load distribution and adjust transport settings as required for safe operations.
- Report equipment faults, operational issues, and safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation of transport activities.
