SOFT SERVICES OR CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision, facility management, or soft services.
- Preferably 40 years old or below.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily cleaning and soft services activities across the facility.
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with management regarding supplies, equipment, and resource needs.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory.

- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
