Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in plastic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to client sites if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in plastic manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot PLC, automation, and mechanical issues on production lines.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance reports.
