SERVICE & INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER (Industrial & Auto Gas)

Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Electrical wiring license is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Experience in preparing project quotations and cost estimates
• Strong knowledge of industrial gas and auto gas installation projects
• Good computer literacy and reporting skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and industry regulations

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise installation and maintenance teams for industrial and auto gas systems
• Coordinate daily service operations, project activities, and workforce assignments
• Plan, monitor, and execute gas installation projects according to specifications and safety requirements
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation
• Prepare cost estimates, material requirements, and project reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and gas system issues
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of gas equipment and facilities
• Monitor project schedules, resource utilization, and team performance
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, inspections, and project activities
