Service Crew

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience as a Service Crew, Barista, or in a similar food and beverage role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least two (2) years and six (6) months validity.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Experience in latte art is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service counter, and beverage preparation stations.
• Assist customers by answering questions about menu items, coffee selections, and product offerings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Create basic latte art when preparing espresso-based beverages; experience in latte art is an advantage.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist in receiving deliveries when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily café operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
