Service Agent – Facility Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Male applicants.
• High School, Secondary School, or Vocational School graduate.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in hospitals, restaurants, catering facilities, or 5-star hotels.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks in accordance with the company’s Cleaning Manual and established work procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in assigned offices, workstations, production areas, common areas, restrooms, and other facility locations.
• Properly use, handle, and maintain housekeeping tools, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently while meeting company quality and cleanliness standards.
• Inspect assigned work areas and report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or additional cleaning requirements to the Assistant Team Leader.
• Organize, clean, and maintain housekeeping trolleys, tools, equipment, and storage areas after each shift.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Place warning signs and safety barriers during cleaning activities to prevent workplace accidents.
• Follow infection control, environmental hygiene, and waste disposal procedures where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, workplace safety, security, cybersecurity, and Saudi Labor Law.
• Assist with periodic deep-cleaning and special cleaning assignments as required.
• Maintain a professional attitude and work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments.
• Perform other housekeeping duties assigned by supervisors.
