Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is seeking professional and reliable Female Security Personnel to be assigned in prestigious hotel properties such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Kuwait. The role involves maintaining safety, security, and a welcoming environment for hotel guests, staff, and visitors.

SECURITY (Female)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and strong personality
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies
• Customer service-oriented with a courteous attitude
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
• High level of discipline, integrity, and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure hotel premises to ensure safety of guests and employees
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned areas
• Control access points and verify identification when necessary
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries in a professional manner
• Report and document incidents accurately
• Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when required
• Maintain a strong and professional presence at all times
