ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in restaurant management or related hospitality roles.
  • Mandatory requirement: Experience as a Manager in a Fine Dining Restaurant.
  • Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity remaining.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate restaurant teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, sales performance, and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store managers and restaurant teams to maintain company and brand standards.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through audits, KPIs, and regular operational reporting.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to support revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory control, operational budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Build and maintain strong communication between regional teams and head office management.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
