SCAFFOLDER (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Male, 25–30 years old.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with experience in scaffolding, construction, building maintenance, or related work.
- Must be physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing physically demanding construction work.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor construction environments.
- Able to lift, carry, and handle scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Good physical coordination and awareness of workplace hazards.
- Willing to strictly follow construction safety procedures and instructions.
- Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Must be willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training.
- Japanese language training will be provided free of charge.
- Willing to learn Japanese language, culture, and workplace practices.
- Able to adapt to a structured Japanese construction work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install scaffolding structures according to approved plans, instructions, and site requirements.
- Erect safe and stable scaffolding platforms, frames, supports, guardrails, and access systems.
- Inspect scaffolding materials, components, and tools before use.
- Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, level, stable, and capable of safely supporting workers and materials.
- Install, adjust, modify, and dismantle scaffolding as required by the construction schedule.
- Safely handle scaffolding pipes, frames, clamps, boards, platforms, ladders, and other components.
- Follow proper procedures when lifting, carrying, positioning, and securing scaffolding materials.
- Perform routine checks of erected scaffolding and immediately report unsafe conditions or damaged components.
- Assist in maintaining safe access and working platforms for construction workers.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety footwear.
- Follow strict fall-protection and working-at-height safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Cooperate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete scaffolding work safely and efficiently.
- Follow company rules, construction standards, and Japanese workplace safety practices.
- Perform other scaffolding and construction-related duties as assigned.
