Scaffolder

Qualifications:

  • Education: At least a high school graduate
  • Experience: minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Driver’s License: Yes
  • Physical strength: Must be able to lift heavy items, bend, and climb all day.
  • No fear of heights: Comfortable working high up off the ground.
  • Safety first: Know and follow strict safety rules and wear safety gear like helmets and harnesses.
  • Teamwork: Work well with other builders and listen to clear instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Build and dismantle: Put up metal poles, tubes, and clamps to make strong support frames.
  • Lay floors and safety gear: Put down wooden planks to walk on, and add handrails, ladders, and safety nets.
  • Check for safety: Inspect the structure every day to make sure it is stable and safe before anyone climbs up.
  • Load and move gear: Carry, lift, and unload heavy metal parts at the work site.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
