Bridged Private Limited is seeking qualified Scaffold Supervisors to oversee scaffolding activities and ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will assist in supervising scaffolding workers, monitoring worksite activities, ensuring proper procedures are followed, and maintaining compliance with workplace safety requirements.

SCAFFOLD SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of work experience in a related field.
• College level or vocational graduate.
• Applicants must be 18–62 years old.
• Previous experience in scaffolding, construction, or site supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic scaffolding work and construction safety procedures is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a construction environment.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to supervise workers effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily scaffolding activities at the worksite.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of scaffolding workers.
• Ensure scaffolding work is carried out according to approved plans, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Monitor the proper assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Inspect scaffolding work and report defects, hazards, or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and other construction personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure workers follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
• Report incidents, equipment issues, and other site concerns to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
