A Plus Manufacturing PNG Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence in Papua New Guinea. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven professional with FMCG sales experience.

Sales Executive

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (high school diploma considered with relevant experience).
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused approach with resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• Strong time management, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate within the country on short notice.
• Persuasiveness and confidence in sales negotiations.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
