SALES COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be 21–40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in sales support operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales coordination, documentation, and customer transactions.
• Ability to organize schedules, reports, and sales records efficiently.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office systems.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, invoices, quotations, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales transaction files.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and provide professional assistance when needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems and sales databases.
• Assist in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
• Ensure professional communication and efficient coordination between departments and clients.
