PARTY CENTRE LLC is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join its retail team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an attractive and organized store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field is required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team.
  • Strong selling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in receiving, labeling, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, pricing, and store policies.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and work areas.
  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards at all times.
