ROOM ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Others, or a related field.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Good organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.

Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms and assigned areas according to established housekeeping standards.

Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, clean mirrors, windows, and other room surfaces.

Inspect rooms for cleanliness and identify any missed dust, stains, damaged items, or maintenance concerns.

Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly to the appropriate department.

Ensure guest rooms are presented to premium hospitality standards before occupancy.

Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, and supplies in an organized manner.

Follow infection control, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Provide courteous and professional service while respecting guest privacy and confidentiality.

Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
