PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
  • Male applicants only.
  • Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and quality control.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage production teams and handle shift responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production teams during assigned shifts and ensure daily targets are achieved.
  • Monitor machine performance and production processes to maintain smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet specifications.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding machine issues and repairs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to production operators.
  • Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
  • Ensure proper use of production equipment, materials, and resources.
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
