PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
- Male applicants only.
- Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and quality control.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and handle shift responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production teams during assigned shifts and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Monitor machine performance and production processes to maintain smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding machine issues and repairs.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to production operators.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
- Ensure proper use of production equipment, materials, and resources.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
