Mandurah and South Western Glass Pty. Ltd is hiring experienced Roofers for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled construction professionals who can install insulated roof and wall systems, external cladding, and weatherproofing components in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in roofing, cladding, and insulated panel installation systems.

ROOFER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Roofer, External Cladder, or Insulated Panel Installer.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• At least 1 year in college or vocational graduate may be waived from IELTS/PTE English test requirements.
• Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License.
• Proven experience in installing sandwich panels, insulated metal panels (IMP), or similar systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding installation techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and outdoor construction environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install insulated wall and roof panels according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Install external cladding systems including flashings, trims, gutters, and other roofing components.
• Measure, cut, fit, and securely install panels and cladding materials with accuracy.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and installation details.
• Perform waterproofing and weatherproofing works to ensure building integrity and durability.
• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of roofing and cladding systems.
• Inspect installed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams to complete installation work efficiently.
• Assist in handling, lifting, and positioning roofing materials as required.
