Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced Roof Tiler to install concrete roof tiles on new-build residential housing projects. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards while working at heights.

ROOF TILER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing concrete roof tiles on pitched roofs, preferably on new-build residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of roof layouts, tiling patterns, bonding, and weatherproofing techniques.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install concrete roof tiles on pitched roofs according to project specifications and architectural drawings.
  • Set out roof layouts, tiling patterns, and bonding to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
  • Ensure proper weatherproofing, including underlays, flashings, and ridge installation.
  • Inspect work to identify and rectify any defects or misalignment.
  • Maintain safety while working at heights and follow site-specific safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely and quality completion of roofing works.
  • Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.
