We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager for a reputable catering company in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only
- Age: 25–39 years old
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in restaurant or food service operations
- Must NOT be an ex-Kuwait worker
- Proven experience in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
- Ability to organize staff, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant operating procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
